I don’t recommend this place
Pros
Is near lots of transportation and shopping as well as highways gas and electricity included
Cons
Heat and hot water non-existent most times. Management response to repairs or any issues No response. Have to continue to go to housing court. Parking in neighbourhood hard to find. Neighbours continuously leaving trash bags large trash bags in hallways and in elevators and stairwells homeless people living in stairwells. Management does nothing about tenants that live trash in hallways stairwells and elevators urinating and defecating in the same areas management has nothing to do with even after reporting of such issues
Advice to the owners
You have to do better stay on top of cleaning heating and hot water and stay on top of repairs.
