Enchanted corner of palisade

Pros:
Location, fresh air, views, Tudor style, pre-war, commuter friendly
Cons:
Raccoons & skunks everywhere
Advice to owner:
Get those radiation cancer causing cell phone towers off of the roof of the building. I know they are a money maker but one day there will be studies & than lawsuits to follow.
