    Not the worst building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to highways, trains & city
    Cons:
    Roaches in the walls. They come out of everywhere everything they renovate an apt. Gross.

    Practically no heat given to tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell sell sell
