Pros:
Great neighborhood, close to train.
Cons:
Can hear noises from other apartments. Laundry machines are always broken. Packages are being stolen

Pros:
This building is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The super is sooooo nice and responsive whenever we needed help! She makes the place feel like home. Parking in the area is a MAJOR PRO!!!!
Cons:
We had the usual pest problems but there’s a exterminator that comes twice a month to take care of it.
