Nice starter home

Pros:
Good neighbors. Pretty decent parking. Felt safe
Cons:
Walls were thin. Landlord wasn’t as responsive.

They invest in their gardening
Cons:
-so so many roaches
- old amenities which if you’re an old tenant they do not care if your apartment is falling apart
- floors always dirty
- broken entrance door
Advice to owner:
Cost of living went up for everyone, but if you’d like tenants to stay and actually pay please consider exterminating. Also, everything in the building is so dirty.
