Pros
They just installed security cameras on every floor.
Cons
Infested with roaches, mice, and street bums. People smoke and deal in front of the building and the staircases. The building is so large that some delivery men and women refuse to leave packages at each door. They leave them in the lobby, which causes them to be subsequently stolen. Half of the neighbors suck.
Advice to the owners
Do something about the pests. Hire real security to reduce loitering in front of the building.
