    Upstairs neighbor nightmare

    Pros:
    Quite neighborhood aside from neighbors upstairs .
    Close to train
    Close to shopping and food
    Cons:
    Loud neighbors upstairs
    Loud music and furniture can be heard when being moved
    Cheap floors , cheap walls and horrible Insulation .
    Careless neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Be more Present and choose tenants wisely that reflect how you would want to live.
