    Pros:
    Close to the train station and stores.
    Cons:
    Roach infestation
    VERY outdated
    The hallways smell and then your apartment smells ( not even smoke, just a bad musty old smell).
    Management doesn’t care
    Dirty vents that connect peoples apartments
    Advice to owner:
    Do better, you have the money to fix things so do it. Trust me , it’ll save you money in the long run.
