    It's not worth it

    Pros:
    Nothing at all
    Cons:
    Teenagers hanging out in the lobby playing dice, smoking weed, drinking and eating and leaving food and beer/liquor bottles on top of the Mailbox. It stays like that all weekend. And it's barely "clean" during the week.
    Shootouts in front of the building
    Scared to check my mailbox when they are in the lobby because I don't know who could be watching me and then they'll know my apartment
    When you tell the management office they tell you to call the police and then ask you who are the people that are in the lobby!
    Good luck with getting anything fixed in your apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it clean, fix the downstairs lock on the lobby door, stop the young kids from hanging out in the building.
    Buy actual garbage bins with lids to keep trash in not just have bags of garbage pile up to be collected
