    Kind neighbors here
    Cons:
    Floods from the toilet and tub

    The super is always cleaning the trash from in front of the building
    Cons:
    Kids running around the hallway and BEDBUGS is in the building and rent is VERY HIGH
    Advice to owner:
    Lower the rent and fix the bedbugs
