The location The price is great but only because my dad has been there for over 25 years Lots of rooms
Cons:
Everything is old
Owner increases rent if anything is asked of him (Wanted to increase our rent by 200$ for a simple oven that wouldn't cost much. Much cheaper to buy a used one and save 200$ a month for years a come)
Heat is always a problem in the winter
Electrical is old. Has never been changed since living there.
The landlord has no care for the people living in the building.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be a human first then a landlord. We've never missed a payment.
