Pros

The neighborhood is ratchet, gangs of men outside every day smoking/drinking and blasting music. The neighbor complains about noise we make in our apartment but theres an actual rave party outside the building. Roaches everywhere no mice or rats. Piss in stairs and even sometime a grown man shit is there too. This place is screaming covid-19 and on the way home pray u dont get shot .
