This building ughhhh!
Pros
It’s rent controlled NYCHA units.
Cons
One or both elevators are always down, always piss inside the elevator and the walls in my unit is peeling and no one will come out to paint. Been waiting a year. Old toilet and sink that is falling off walls. The manager seems to care more about you paying your rent on time then fixing your apartment. That is why I gave them a 1 star
Advice to the owners
Y’all need to be more attentive to your residents and stop acting like y’all don’t care about their living conditions and give them the respect they deserve.
