Pros:
Location. Cleanliness. Laundry room. Quick elevator rides. Compactor room on every floor.
Cons:
There is no sound proofing insulation’s between apartments so you can hear everything from neighbors.
Advice to owner:
When shareholders move out and apartments are restored, you should think about ways to help deal with sound proofing.

Convector covers should be replaced after each shareholder moves out or mold removal/cleaning should be provided to each shareholder upon request.
