    Pros:
    Quite safe no drama
    Cons:
    Roaches rats bad water heat is always off
    Advice to owner:
    I use to love here years ago an the cabinets where messed up an never go it fix so I hope that the landlord do something about that even the closest doors kept breaking an all but I hope it got fix
