The only thing I truly find positive about this place was that it was a private house.
Cons:
Landlord only response to things needing fix is that we need to move out. I can have a list made of all the cons with this place and the owner of the property,
Advice to owner:
My advice to the property owner is you want your rent money in a timely manner, you need to be a LANDLORD.
