    The worst management and tenants

    Pros:
    Spacious rooms are big
    Cons:
    Neighbors don’t follow rules play music all times of the night management drags their feet to respond to issues in apartments
    Advice to owner:
    DO BETTER!!!! BOTTOM LINE
