You have a roof over your head. Other than that it’s not even worth living here.
Cons:
-With every step you take the floor creaks, the stairs creak, you hear the creaks when ever someone moves upstairs or when they are going up or down the stairs. - the walls are paper thin so you hear every commotion from inside the building and definitely outside. - It rains inside our apartments even though they could never find a leak. - The landlord harass you for every little thing lies and says you don’t make payments - The neighbors like to run their mouth and gossip about everyone in front of the building and to each other. - Music is always being played so there’s never peace. - Windows never stay up when you open them - Building entry Gate was removed because the landlord didn’t want to fix the lock so they decided to remove the gate instead of just fixing it for our safety. So now when you open the inside door at any point in time you can mugged or injured. - Trash bags are always piling up so flys are always swarming around the outside and inside the building. - Garbage is locked away so we all use a key to store the trash away; keep in mind we only are using half the space in the garbage bin, so the landlord and the neighbors hired to bag the trash up complain there’s too much trash. - We were threatened to have our water shut off because somebody in the building kept clogging the pipes.
Advice to owner:
You don’t deserve to work in this business find something else.
