Pros
On the main road outside is beautiful
Cons
He lives downstairs so you can’t make no kind of noise . Landlord will have cameras on you 24 hrs he sits in his car and will watch your every movement.. gets mad when you don’t give him more money and will turn off power and hot water .. living here was a living hell I constantly called 911 and 311 on him .. my kids are traumatize
Advice to the owners
You should treat people right .. you wasn’t playing fair
