Great location, a great landlord. She is very understanding and accommodating. The minor issues I had were addressed in less than 24 hours and always with a lot of communication.
Nothing really, everything is fine. Just wish neighborhood had more going on in terms of commerce and facilities, but nothing with the house itself.
