    He is the worst

    Pros:
    If you love your peace, never rent at 1628 or 1624 Nelson ave. Edgar Minier, the owner is the worst of landlord. During winter time, he told my family that he didn’t cake that heater wasn’t working. That he wasn’t the one cold.
    Cons:
    Worst landlord ever
    Advice to owner:
    Be a better landlord or simply a Human being
