    Pros:
    Close to subways and buses.
    Cons:
    In installation in the walls
    Rat and roach infested
    No really a super someone who just takes the garbage out
    Basement always gets flooded
    Multiple raccoons stuck in the garage
    Management is Terrible
    Advice to owner:
    Burn it down start all over
