The real deal

Pros:
Quiet Building and Security Cameras Work.
Cons:
Super doesnt clean on a daily basis. Mop stinks.
Takes forever to fix something. Lobby always has a weird smell. One tenent that lives here is annoying and when he drinks he becomes a nuisance to everyone.
Advice to owner:
Hire a real super

Pros:
-Has 2 Lobby entrance Doors

-The Neighborhood is not all that bad, Just keep to yourself and you should be okay

-Down the block from Boricua College

-Has a Food Bazzar supermarket down the block
Cons:
-Has a Roach and Rodent Infestation in the whole building and in every apartment

-Intercom breakdown at least 2 times a month

-Elevator is messed up but the building continues to put it in service

-Has an exterminator comes once a year but only exterminates mice not roaches ....Exterminator products DO NOT WORK-JUST A WASTE OF TIME

- Super cleans building when he wants to, Not daily

-Super and building Management DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING IN BUILDING, It is better to just move.

-The Infestation is so bad that You can not keep your food or utensils in the kitchen cabinets and drawers

-The floor boards are messed up even though when the building was finished, Management rushed tenants in to live and they said they supposedly "Fixed It"

-The bathroom sink is broke down, tiles around the apartment is falling off due to bad handy work

-All of the apartment vents DO NOT WORK, they are JUST FOR SHOW...It collects soooo much dust in just a week

-The THERMOSTAT IS JUST FOR SHOW, it has never worked !

-The super cleans entire building with a dirty mop, so the building stinks afterwards

-WAVECREST MANAGEMENT WILL HASSLE YOU ABOUT YOUR TAX PAPERS AND THEN THREATEN TO KICK YOU OUT (They will not tell you why they need them)

-THIS BUILDING IS ACROSS THE STREET TO A GAS STATION (which results in car accidents and customer arguements all the time) and it is just a matter of time when the gas station decides to blow up

-The super kids smoke and drink and play loud music in front of the building (At random times)

-Roaches are sooo bad that they crawl on you no matter where you are in your apartment (Bed, Toilet, Walking Around, Sitting at the computer, and sleeping)

- The building behind the gas station and the building behind 1016 are always fighting each other verbally and physically and they usually take the drama in front of the gas station(which 1016 overlooks)

-There is NO BUILDING SECURITY (They just have signs that says your on 24/7 camera watch) BUT I AM PRETTY SURE NOBODY WATCHES THOSE CAMERAS

-lastly, In the apartments; the front door, the side walls and ceilings are too thin, you can hear everything CLEARLY and it is ANNOYING
Advice to owner:
WAVECREST YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUILDINGS IN DEPTH AND FIND A NEW SUPER TO DO HIS JOB !
