Clean New building

Pros:
- Local to trains
- Clean areas
- Trash picked up daily
Cons:
- The amount of garbage dumped outside the building
- The area is more congested because of the construction and new school opening up
- the traffic noise is unbearable at times and doesnt not stop
Advice to owner:
Larger laundry rooms
