    Student housing but..

    Student housing, families, community garden, dog park
    Cons:
    Outdated amenities, some apartments are renovated.elevator breaks a lot.
    Advice to owner:
    Please keep this rent stabilized.. you are charging medical students, not full time employees of the work force.
