    Noisy terrible neighbors

    Pros:
    Building was well maintained. Management responded quickly to repair requests.
    Cons:
    Nonstop noise. Every day of the week at all hours. Management does nothing about it. Neighbors let their kids play in the hallways, blast music at all hours, dogs bark at every sound, the front courtyard is a playground, skateyard, motorcycle lane. If you have a job and need to sleep you can't live here.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce building rules with tenants.

    Clean and they come to your apartment fast when something needs to be fix

    Office has slow workers

    Get new people to work in the office
