    The management does nothing. No heating or hot water at times.

    The exterior is nice
    Cons:
    They lied and said that there were no roaches but there are even when we keep the place clean. The owners never answer their phone or emails when there is an issue. They purposely ignore you
    Advice to owner:
    Stop doing the minimum
