Like it just some frustrations about my rental processing, small rooms

Pros:
Clean, calm, laundry, the kitchen has a lot of cabinets Spacious elevators
Cons:
Too much surveillance, questions. When guests come, tenant have to go downstairs to take them upstairs. When they are leaving they have to tell again from witch apartment they are coming from. Maintenance sometime come to your apartment without prior notice
Advice to owner:
Be more relax with guests. Fast treatment of paperwork and leases. Give more than one key to the tenant. Remind tenants by writing that it is a smoke free building because some people smoke in their unit and the hallway smells bad.
