    I really want this building because it’s a a good neighborhood for my family and I to live.

    Pros:
    I like how beautiful the building is and how it’s closer to the train because I have children who go to school so its a perfect place for me and my family.
    Cons:
    I really wanted there to be a 3 bedroom apartment
    Advice to owner:
    I like how you designed the building.
