    Laundry in building, gym
    Cons:
    Laundry can be a mess! The light bill in this building can get very pricey.

    Amazon pickup & mail organized
    convenience

    Roaches
    Rats
    Break ins around the neighborhood
    Very rude neighbors
    parking lot floods and charges $400 for inhouse residents
    Managment doesn’t get back emails
    laundry room floods
    people leave clothes in washer/dryer for hours
    alcohol spills and weed smoke everywhere in building
    gym is gross & broken half the time
    pool room taken by people for hours refuse to share
    rooftop open 4-5 months
    Building does not love by own rules
    they don’t care if your neighbor is blasting music until 4 am….

    Stricter application process. Enforce rules created
