The apartments are fully renovated, the building is located 10min from the 2 train and there various supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats
Cons:
Neighbors make a lot of noise especially on the weekends, parties, gatherings, loud conversations, arguing, etc. it all can be heard vividly from all the units above or below. Packages go missing in a 4 unit building..., garbage management is not the best as several fines are found on the mailbox and main door. The front yard /porch is not well kept weeds with thorns grow for months.
Advice to owner:
Keep up with the gardening or put concrete over if weeds are going to continue growing, provide guidelines for mail theft inside the building, upgrade the main door to one electric, put cameras and enforce security measures for the building
