    Terrible management, overpriced

    Pros:
    Nice location and good view
    Cons:
    Way overpriced for what you get.
    Being next to the water can be really noisy at night with all the party boats.
    Management is really rude and unresponsive. The live-in super was not useful at all.
    You get a lot of noise from neighbors that echo through the hall badly.
