    Many code violations owned by a true slumlord.

    Pros:
    Excellent proximity to lower Manhattan, subways & buses and a lot of great support businesses.
    Cons:
    NOT MAINTAINED - PUBLIC SPACES FILTHY, VERMIN NEVER DEALT WITH. MANY XODE VIOLATIONS. LANDLORD IS A CROOK (SUED BY SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NY).
    Advice to owner:
    STOP CHEATING YOUR TENANTS.
