Abusive and Terrible Renting Experience

Pros:
There are none.
Cons:
Extensive leaks that destroyed property
Layers of dissolving paint
Exposed ceiling and wall fixtures
Mail box broken into twice
Super broke into apartment
Pizza guy assaulted and dragged to basement
Infested with rats and roaches
Advice to owner:
Eat shit and die.
