Neighbors are awesome Community feel Landlord is responsive and reasonable and just a generally nice human (pretty rare in NYC)
Cons:
Not much. It's great and I never want to leave.
I sort of wish we had a better washer dryer situation - it broke a lot last year and it's old and needs quarters but it does the job. Wouldn't move over this.
