    Great building, quiet street

    Pros:
    Love this building. Great location. Good laundry and garbage facility. Lobby is always looking clean. Love the dual staircase as well.
    Cons:
    My apartment has a crappy view but not so reflective of the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up

    Cockroaches in hallways. No roof access.
