My sweet shelter

Pros:
The outstanding staff who are willing to help you without any discremination or ethnicity
Cons:
There are so many old people who are dealing with mental health issues and they try to help but not in some extend not succeed
Advice to owner:
Try to fix older people needs by providing enough helping there mental health and cleanliness or work on there hygein
