    Great apt, great location, terrible upkeep

    Pros:
    Great location, close to subway, the apartment layouts are nice, its safe, ground floor dry cleaner is so nice
    Cons:
    Mold, mushrooms growing out of the walls, my son now has a lung condition because of exposure
    Advice to owner:
    Painting over mold and decay is not a fix.
