Nice Place to Live
Pros
It is super clean and the management and maintenance teams are super responsive. The concierge are very friendly and they remember everyone's name. The view from the window is very nice, and the transportation is super convenient.
Cons
It was right on the Flatbush Ave so it does not have a super strong "living vibe." I guess that is the trade off for easy subway access.

- Fantastic doormen - Same day maintenance requests - Great on-site facilities like the gym - Elevators are actually quick and with minimal wait time - Great location - Great partnerships and promotions with local retailers
Cons
- Yearly rent hike is absurd
