    Overpriced Bk heights apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Only 3 apartments in the building, laundromat right next door, big windows.
    Cons:
    Bathroom is always leaking and molding because of poor tiling.
    Owner responds to concerns but doesn’t actually fix any of the issues.
    Trash and rotten food for the restaurant downstairs in the hallway most of the time.
    Owner lets the restaurant break regulations (covid-19, broken ventilation system) and gets mad at tenants for calling him out on it.
    Heat system is old and owner refuses to change it. It’s 80 degrees in the winter, fall and spring and can’t be changed.
    Windows don’t stay open. Asked management to fix them but they didn’t because it was too expensive.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the heat, windows and ventilation for the restaurant downstairs.
    Redo the bathroom to fix the obvious mold and leaking issues.
