    Charm and class on the best block in BK Heights
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - friendly neighbors, everyone keeps an eye out for their neighbors
    - beautiful backyard, shared with upstairs tenant (no issues)
    - garbage never piles up
    - older, yet trusted appliances, quality gas stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.
    - spacious kitchen
    Cons:
    - basement level can get slightly dark (but recessed lighting works beautifully if the natural light is sparse)
    - gate under stoop is heavy (but it is nice to feel secure)
    Advice to owner:
    Keep providing excellent service to your tenants
