    Good place for living. Needs upgrades
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    High ceilings. Tons of light. Great location. My unit had a working fireplace.
    Cons:
    Kitchen, bathroom and heating need an upgrade.
    Advice to owner:
    Investing in the property.
