Great location, awful management
Pros
The location is the biggest draw for this building. One block from the promenade. Good sized true 2-br apartment for the neighborhood and great rental price offered due to COVID.
Cons
Management is absolutely awful. Our apartment was not move in ready with some large issues, and management cannot be bothered and is on their own schedule. If anything needs to be done and/or work requests submitted be prepared for no answers, lies and rudeness from everyone in management that you interact with.
Advice to the owners
Show interest in your job as a property manager and have even just an ounce of respect for your tenants. Don’t have your office employees lie and make up stories. Provide responses in a timely manner to requests. It is your job to provide a service and if you cannot provide that service then perhaps find a new industry to do business in.
