    Could be great but management was not

    Pros:
    Amazing roof, brand new units, incredible location
    Cons:
    Management did not respond well to a persistent and very serious maintenance issue

    Great location and views - nice apartments. Public areas could use help.

    Free laundry in basement
    Cons:
    Laundry facilities are often out of order
    No bike room
    Disappointing furniture on roof
    Lobby can feel shabby
    Advice to owner:
    Please maintain washers and dryers - a few haven’t worked properly for months
    As another reviewer commented, ‘study room’ in basement would make a great bike room.
