    Pros:
    - Amazing, fair owner
    - Responsive Super
    - Great maintenance staff
    - Beautiful Pre-War construction
    - Washer/Dryers in basement working and in good condition
    Cons:
    Some cockroaches since the arrival of the French bakery next door
    Advice to owner:
    Please don’t raise our rent too much :)

    Wonderful apartment building

    Pros:
    Apartments are really clean and exterminator comes monthly to preventatively spray. Management is super responsive.
    Cons:
    Heating can be a bit spotty in the winter and not all windows have screens.
