    Okay place to live

    Pros:
    Location, affordable for the area, good starter NYC apartment
    Cons:
    The building is old and this leads to problems at times, water randomly changes temperature, owners have not kept the building up with the times

    -High ceilings/good space
    -Clean & neighbors are in their 30s/respectful
    -Near a ton of subways
    -Great neighborhood
    Cons:
    -Occasional mice (neighbor had a rat :,) )
