The building is in perfect location. It gets morning and afternoon sun. The owners are responsive and nice people. I enjoyed living in this building.
There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen are a bit old and could be renovated.
Small renovations in bathroom and kitchen would increase the property value
