Best Super, everything fixed promptly, never a pest issue, pet friendly, quiet yet nice neighbors

Good building & close to everything

Pros

The live-in super is very nice and responsive.

Cons

The intercom does not work. There are only 3x washers & dryers and they are very old.

Yes, we have new washers and dryers. There are more of them and they work well. The laundry room is a tight squeeze especially if others are in there but it is functional.
