    Building used to be nice.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is good.
    Cons:
    No Laundry. New building owner increased the rent by $1350 a month without adding any new amenities.

    If you’re not in a top unit, you will hear your neighbors upstairs. You can hear EVERYTHING. Cross your fingers they have a normal sleeping schedule. We need to sleep with ear plugs.

    Dirty since the new owner took over. Common area is full of cobwebs and bugs.
    Big bug problem. House centipedes everywhere.
    Disgusting.

    Building next door has construction going on. So loud. All day.
    Advice to owner:
    If you are going to buy a property try to maintain the standards. Old landlord used be to on top of it. You could tell he took pride in owning the building. New owner is clearly just trying to get their money and the building manager has been very rude. It’s disappointing.
