    Building Should be Rent Stabalized

    Pros:
    Great location in Brooklyn.
    Cons:
    These owners do less than they need to whenever they can. I mean just a coat of paint and some new carpet in the entryway.
    Advice to owner:
    Do the right thing. Stop being so damn cheap.
